Janice O. Rogers oversees all aspects of Northeast Delta Human Service Authority (NEDHSA)’s corporate compliance department by developing, implementing, and managing the agency’s compliance program in regards to the agency, AIP, CARF, and other state and federal standards.
Ms. Rogers also supervises compliance staff, coordinates state regulators and contractors, as well as administers compliance activities for NEDHSA integrated care network.
Ms. Rogers previously served as the Director of Operations of Behavioral Services of Louisiana, LLC – Family Support Organization. She also served as the Development and Training Officer for Ekhaya Youth Project, Inc. – Family Support Organization.
Ms. Rogers holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Southern University and Agricultural & Mechanical College in Psychology. She also holds a Master of Arts Degree from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in Forensic Psychology with a concentration in Child Protection.
