Janice O. Rogers oversees all aspects of Northeast Delta Human Service Authority (NEDHSA)’s Integrated Care Services as well as Corporate Compliance department. Ms. Rogers is responsible for overseeing the Behavioral Health and Primary Care services offered by NEDHSA. Ms. Rogers ensures the agency’s compliance in regards to policies and procedures, Accountability Plan (AP), Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), as well as other state and federal standards.
Ms. Rogers also coordinates state regulators and contractors, as well as administers compliance activities for NEDHSA’s integrated care network. This include contracted agencies that furthers the mission by providing transitional housing, employment services, and peer services.
Ms. Rogers previously served as the Director of Operations of Behavioral Services of Louisiana, LLC – Family Support Organization. She also served as the Development and Training Officer for Ekhaya Youth Project, Inc. – Family Support Organization.
Ms. Rogers holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Southern University and Agricultural & Mechanical College in Psychology. She also holds a Master of Arts Degree from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in Forensic Psychology with a concentration in Child Protection.
