Student Ambassador Program
NEDHSA Op Zone Student Ambassador’s program mission is to provide resources, training and support which will increase protective factors and opportunities for youth, young adults and community members to make positive choices. Ambassadors possess a minimum 2.5 GPA and no more than two
behavioral infractions within the school year. Ambassadors are recommended by a faculty member, interviewed, and scored on their responses. Student ambassadors have the opportunity to complete team-building exercises and
participate in community service activities in addition to other educational learning experiences. Ambassadors who complete the program will receive community service hours, letters of recommendation, certificates of competition,
and honor cords for graduating seniors.
