This leadership training is directed toward pastoral and lay leaders from various faith traditions who desire to grow in their ability and capacity to care for their members who suffer from addiction disorders. Specifically, the purpose of the leadership training is to equip participants with adequate information to take the next steps in developing a congregational prevention and recovery team ministry.
