Dr. Monteic A. Sizer serves as Executive Director of Northeast Delta Human Services Authority (NEDHSA), where he leads an integrated behavioral health system serving 12 parishes across Northeast Louisiana. A nationally recognized healthcare executive, researcher, and public health leader, Dr. Sizer has championed innovative approaches to behavioral healthcare, addiction treatment, maternal health, integrated care, and health equity. Under his leadership, NEDHSA has expanded access to evidence-based services through pioneering initiatives in opioid prevention, recovery, community partnerships, and applied research.
