Dr. Martha Phillips

Martha provides operational oversight to seven outpatient behavioral health clinics. Her responsibilities include clinical staff development, training, quality of services monitoring and helping to implement NE Delta HSA's behavioral and primary care integration initiative.

Phillips is a healthcare professional and expert, with more than 30 years in the healthcare field. Before joining NE Delta HSA, she served as Behavioral Health Unit Manager at University Health-Conway (UHC). Her previous job titles and experiences include; being a psychiatric field nurse (10+ years) and Registered Nurse (20 years). Additionally, Phillips has many years working in child and adolescence mental health rehabilitation, geriatric care, psychiatric community health and nursing education.

Martha is a certified Family/Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and Registered Nurse. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Grambling State University. She also earned a Masters in Psychiatric Nursing from the University of Louisiana, Lafayette and a Masters in Nursing from Grambling State University. Martha holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
