Step Into Wellness Run & Community Walk

Wellness Run & Walk Flyer

Northeast Louisiana, it’s time to move with purpose!

NEDHSA’s Step into Wellness Run is a community-driven event designed to bring people together through mental wellness, prevention, connection, and fun. Whether you’re showing up to compete or enjoy the experience, this event welcomes everyone—you can run (timed race for runners) or walk at your own pace.

We are proud to partner with the Monroe City, Downtown Monroe Main Street, Louisiana Book Girlies, and Fleet Feet Monroe —who share our vision of building a stronger, healthier community.

We’re also excited to have the La Book Girlies joining us, bringing a unique wellness twist as they walk the route while listening to audiobooks—reminding us that wellness can look different for everyone.

Stick around after the race to enjoy music, book & food vendors, and local merchant booths, creating a full experience for participants and families alike.

Mark your calendars, gather your crew, and meet us at the starting line. Let’s move, connect, and celebrate wellness—together.

Race begins at Forsythe Levee – Boat Dock Side.
